Celeb Influencers Breakdown - Are They Right For My Business?

Let’s dive into what are celeb influencers, what should you look out for and if they are a good fit for your business! One key link between all Celeb influencers is that they are all powerful within their niche and will have a huge impact on people.

Celeb Influencers are your 1M+ famous faces that are known for their niche, talents and are usually seen on TV. Here’s what is great about working with them:

  1. There are two types of Celeb influencers: Top ‘OG’ Influencers who have grown over the last 10+ years and have adapted themselves to all social platforms throughout. Then we have famous actors, sports personalities, singers, artists, TV personalities etc. All with a very powerful voice!

  2. When working with Celeb Influencers you can almost guarantee an increase in the vision of your business. Expect huge exposure, clicks and impressions to go through the roof on your stats! Make sure you have stocked up, have full support to keep an eye on sales, emails and maximise on this opportunity from all sides during this period.

  3. Budgets. as expected, are high to begin from £50,000+ with the highest-paid celebrities in 2022 per IG post being: Cristiano Ronaldo at £455,000, Ariana Grande at £367,000 and £257,000 for Kendal Jenner.

Here’s what you should look out for:

  • The higher the following the lower the engagement! Your average engagement for celebrities is 1-2% meaning your brand does risk not being seen by the full 3M+ people from the original following.

  • Not all Celebs are known for great reasons! Make sure you do your research, analyse where the person is famous for and what type of brands they support and actively engage with. You want your beliefs and values to be aligned.

  • Not all Celebs will be experienced in content creation. If someone has become famous over one reality TV show, this does not mean they have previously worked with brands and know-how to make content professionally. Being so new in the industry and having management, they are also likely to accept everything coming their way during their ‘buzz’ which may dilute your brand against others.
